Human Rights Council President Receives Bahrain’s Assistant FM

Bahrain Mirror: The UN Human Rights Council (HRC) President, Joaquín Maza Martelli, received the Assistant Bahraini Foreign Minister Abdullah Al-Dosari on the sidelines of the latter's participation in the 36th Session of the Human Rights Council in Geneva.
During the meeting, Al-Dosari and Martelli reviewed "Bahrain's achievements in the promotion and protection of human rights," according to an official statement.
According to the statement, the HRC president praised "Bahrain's efforts and cooperation," demonstrating his understanding of Bahrain's challenges in combating terrorism, funding of terrorism and violent extremism."
