Photos: Security Authorities Turn Surrounding of Sheikh Isa Qassim's House into "Restricted Area"

Bahrain Mirror- Exclusive: The Bahraini security authorities intensified their presence in the house surrounding of the spiritual leader of Shia majority, Sheikh Isa Qassim, who has been under house arrest since May 23, 2017.
Activists published photos showing the surrounding of Sheikh Qassim house where barriers were put to prevent passage of vehicles, thus, transferring the house surrounding into a "restricted area".
There are two armored vehicles surrounding Sheikh Isa Qassim's house, let alone the security force that has been there since about 4 months, preventing anyone from approaching the house.
The authorities revoked the citizenship of Sheikh Qassim in June 2016 and referred him to trial for exercising the Shia's obligatory Khums (alms) ritual. Revoking Sheikh Qassim's nationality was condemned by international parties, on top the UN. Meanwhile, US and UK expressed their concerns about this measure.
