Health Ministry Proposes Medical Cadre that Raises Basic Salaries and Bonuses, Training Program for Fresh Graduates

Bahrain Mirror: Health Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources and Services Fatima Al-Ahmad said that the ministry proposed to the civil service bureau a new cadre with an increase in basic salaries and bonuses reaching a value of 19 million BD.
She said "the new cadre will attract competency. Doctors were given flexible working hours to avoid the fingerprint application."
Al-Ahmad indicated that there is a training program for the fresh graduates in the hospital and health centers of the ministry.
She said that age has risen in the Kingdom due to the health services provided to citizens, although the budget of the Ministry of health in Bahrain is lower than that of the rest Gulf States.
Health Assistant Undersecretary for Human Resources and Services Fatima Al-Ahmad went on to say that there are several committees that monitor and organize pharmaceutical issues. These committees will not accept any fault in the pharmaceutical system and will investigate every death case, hold accountable the responsible and fix the defect.
