Trial of 60 Defendants including 4 Women in Case of Smuggling Detainees from Jaw Prison Commences

Bahrain Mirror: The Fourth High Criminal Court decided to postpone a case that included 60 suspects within 4 women among them to October 3. The authorities accuse the defendants of smuggling prisoners from Jaw Central Prison and establishing a terrorist group.
The Public Prosecution accused the suspects of establishing terrorist group and joining it, training on using weapons and explosives for terrorist aim, killing and attempting to deliberately kill police officers, acquiring and using explosives, firearms and stealing for terrorist aim, attacking members in charge of implementing provisions of the law on protecting society from terrorist acts and resisting them, and hiding fugitives.
