Bahrain’s Crown Prince: Cutting Ties with Qatar is Firm Stance against Terrorism
2017-06-07 - 12:35 am
Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Crown Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa said that cutting ties with Qatar is not a position against the Emir or the people of Qatar, but a firm stance against the policies of supporting terrorism.
He explained in a speech during his visit to the Majlis of the Kazerooni family and the Majlis of Khalid Al Sharif that the aim behind cutting ties with Qatar is to stand against the policy of supporting terrorist groups that targeted Bahrain and a number of sisterly countries, which were affected by the terrorist acts that have nothing to do with religion or humanity.
The Crown Prince further stated "Bahrain has sought to respond to such actions in cooperation with partners and allies; however, in 2017, such actions can no longer be tolerated."
