MoI Denies "Scabies" Cases among Inmates, Claims that 3 Inmates Complained of "Minor Itching"

Bahrain Mirror: The Ministry of Interior denied the claims of some e-newspapers that inmates in Jaw Prison suffer from scabies.
The official of prison's clinic stated "only three inmates complained of minor itching and proper medicine was prescribed to them. Inmates associating with them were examined and were found free of any symptoms."
Official from Reformation and Rehabilitation Centre clinic explained that scabies caused by "poor personal hygiene", adding that "medicines available at reformation and rehabilitation centres and prescribed in suspected cases".
