Bahrain Arrests Businessman for Charges of Illegal Assembly outside Chamber of Commerce

Bahrain Mirror: Bahraini businessman Nader Allawi, said that the Bahraini police arrested him with another businessman, Kareem Fleij, for charges of illegal assembly outside the headquarters of the Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry in the area of Sanabis.
In a phone call with local newspaper al-Wasat, Allawi said that he was on his way to the Camber headquarters to file his concerns as he is a member there. He noted that the chamber doors were electronically locked. He therefore asked officials in the chamber to talk about his concerns directly; a request they refused.
A chamber official asked them to wait in the chamber's parking lot while he finished his meeting and he's meet them. Consequently, the police arrested the two men while they waited. The chamber's official spokesperson said his facility had no knowledge of the incident and thus did not comment.
