MoI Says Hamad City’s Zahra Mosque Custodian Admitted Faking His Attack Incident

Bahrain Mirror: The Ministry of Interior accused on Thursday (March 9, 2017) the custodian of the Zahraa (as) Mosque in Hamad City of faking his attack incident by injuring himself and asking an Asian worker to take his photos.
The ministry said, in a statement, that the custodian admitted the findings to the police and added that the Asian worker highlighted that he photographed the custodian upon his request and handed him the photos.
The ministry urged the media to check information before publishing to avoid harming civil peace.
The Bahraini Jaafari Waqf (Endowment) directorate said Wednesday (March 8, 2017), that the custodian of the Zahra (as) Mosque in Hamad City was under an unfortunate attack before dawn prayers by masked people who wanted to steal his money.
