Al-Wefaq Launches "A Plea of a Country" Book Today in Beirut

Bahrain Mirror: Deputy Secretary General of Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society, Sheikh Hussein Al-Daihi, will launch today (March 9, 2017) "A Plea of a Country" book that contains plea texts of the leader of Bahraini opposition and Secretary-General of Al-Wefaq, Sheikh Ali Salman.
Sheikh Salman, who is serving 9-year jail term, presented pleas before the Bahraini courts in which he stressed his innocence of all the charges brought against him, his vision to the form of democratic state and its institutions as well as the legitimate rights of all Bahraini people.
The launching ceremony will include speeches for leaders of Arab and Lebanese societies and blocs, including Nawaf Al-Mosawi, member of loyalty to the Resistance Bloc and Secretary General of Arab Parties Conference, Qassem Saleh.
It is to mention that an english version of book "A Plea of a Country" will be availabe soon.
