Hamad City’s Zahra Mosque Custodian Attacked by Masked Men at Dawn

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Jaafari Waqf (Endowment) directorate said Wednesday (March 8, 2017), that the custodian of the Zahra (as) Mosque in Hamad City was under an unfortunate attack before dawn prayers.
The Waqf directorate said that the 54-year-old man was injured after he was attacked by two masked men while he was opening the inner door of the mosque. Information added that the two masked men wanted to steal whatever money he had, and when they found nothing on him, they assaulted him and ran away.
Moreover, the Waqf directorate said it contacted the competent apparatuses in the Ministry of Interior to follow up the incident, while it asked the mosque custodian to file a report on the incident at the security center.
