Bahrain Mirror: In a joint operation, security forces foiled at dawn of Thursday (February 9, 2017) the escape attempt by a number of terrorist fugitives involved in the jail break.
A preliminary joint investigation indicates that a boat carrying them was heading for Iran. Further details on the foiled escape will be announced later.
However, Al-Ayam newspaper, owned by the King's Media Advisor Nabil Al-Hamr, said that the Ministry of Interior will hold a press conference later today to talk about the operation which through it could arrest the jaw prisoners' fugitives. The newspaper explained that most of the fugitives were arrested and clashes occurred during the process.
