Policeman Injured in Shooting as Authorities Intend to Execute 3 Death Row Detainees

Bahrain Mirror: A policeman was injured near Bani Jamra village on Saturday (January 14, 2017) as tensions mounted in Bahrain following news that the authorities would execute 3 dissidents.
Bahrain's Ministry of Interior said on its Twitter account "Several individuals shot at a police patrol in Bani Jamra, injuring one policeman. Concerned authorities at the scene."

Meanwhile, the ministry did not publish the details of the attack that injured one of its policemen.
News indicated that the authorities have intentions to implement the death sentences against Abbas Al-Samie, Ali Al-Singace and Sami Mushaima, who are accused of killing an Emirati officer during clashes with the protestors in March 2014.
