Joint Peninsula Shield Forces Carry out Military Maneuvers in Bahrain for 2 Consecutive Days

Bahrain Mirror: A Saudi newspaper said that the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces (JPSF) carried out military maneuvers under the name of "Bahrain Shield Drill 1" with the participation of Bahrain Defence Force (BDF) last Tuesday and Wednesday.
Al-Hayat newspaper explained that "the advanced leadership of the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces carried out in the participation of Bahrain Defencce Force (Bahrain Shield Drill 1) in the presence of Commander of the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces Hassan bin Hamza Al-Shehri and leader of Joint Peninsula Shield Forces Isa bin Jassim Al-Alyawi as well as number of officers in the JPSF.
It is to mention the Joint Peninsula Shield Forces (Emirati and Saudi forces) entered Bahrain in March 2011 to crush the pro-democracy protests, leaving dozens dead, hundreds injured and thousands imprisoned.
