Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain Center for Human Rights (BCHR) said that it received information stating that some female detainees over political cases in Hamad town prison were subjected to beating and threatening by a criminal prisoner.
The center tweeted saying "ignoring the prisoner's right in acquiring a separate room or a mate with whom he can adapt is considered a violation to the simplest rights of detainees."
BCHR demanded the Bahraini authorities to "guarantee the prisoners' safety in particular prisoners of conscience and carry out serious interrogation into the last attack incident."
It is to mention that the authorities are arresting Taiba Darwish, Taiba Ismail and Maasouma Al-Sayed over political cases.
