UK PM Arrives in Bahrain Next Week to Take Part in GCC Summit

Bahrain Mirror: A statement issued by the British Embassy said that the British Prime Minister Theresa May will visit Bahrain next week to attend the Gulf Cooperation Council summit.
The statement further stated that May will arrive in Bahrain in her first visit since assuming her post as a guest of honor in the 37th Gulf summit to be held on 6-7 December.
This is considered the first visit paid by a UK prime minister to the region since the visit made by the former PM David Cameron to UAE in November 2013.
