“This is Bahrain” Funds Chair Inauguration in La Sapienza University to Teach Interreligious Dialogue

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain signed a memorandum of understanding with the Italian La Sapienza University in which Bahrain is said to fund a chair in the name of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa in the university to teach dialogue, peace and interreligious understanding.
Bahrain News Agency (BNA) said on Saturday (November 12, 2016) that the King's son, Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, represented his father in the official signing ceremony for the chair inauguration.
Nasser delivered a speech during the ceremony in which he said "The inauguration of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa's Chair for peaceful coexistence at La Sapienza University of Rome, one of the oldest and most prestigious educational institutions in Europe wasn't by coincidence but by careful design. It's symbolic of the key value of the king has been striving to instill in our nation; education in all its forms; whether academic, excellence, or life lessons in adhering to the principles of tolerance, co-existence and acceptance. Recent years have tested our nations across the globe."
This comes within "This is Bahrain" campaign for the public relations held in the Italian capital, Rome and organized by Bahrain Federation for Expatriate Associations.
