Three Weeks on Sayed Alawi's Disappearance, Concerns Raised over His Life

Bahrain Mirror: Concerns over the wellbeing of Sayed Alawi Sayed Hussein were raised by his family, after more than 3 weeks passed since his disappearance without any information on his whereabouts.
A civil body, believed to be affiliated with the Bahraini authorities, led the citizen Sayed Alawi Sayed Hussein from his place of work on October 24, 2016. The authorities on their part denied having him in their custody.
Human rights organizations denounced the arbitrary disappearance of Sayed Alawi, and the Bahrain Forum for Human Rights filed an urgent complaint to the United Nations, demanding an immediate investigation in his disappearance.
