Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini authorities continued their severe campaign against the Shia majority by preventing them from performing the largest Friday prayer in the Imam Al-Sadiq mosque in Diraz, through preventing the Imam of prayers and worshipers from the village that has been witnessing security siege since 4 months.
Worshipers performed the Friday prayer in Imam Al-Sadiq mosque separately (without being led by Imam). Meanwhile, a mass protest was staged after the prayers condemning the ongoing targeting against the Shia and demanding authorities to stop their targeting.
The security authorities have launched the most severe campaign against the opposition and Shia majority since the Saudi and Emirati entered to crush the democracy-supporting protests in Bahrain.
The authorities have banned the Imam of Imam Sadiq mosque from entering the village to perform the largest Friday prayer since more than 3 months.
