King Appoints Chairman & Member of Committee of Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Development Projects

Bahrain Mirror: King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued Decree 67/2016, appointing Judge, Mahmood Araby Mohammed Hashim as chairman of the Committee of the Settlement of Stalled Real Estate Development Projects and Judge Amal Ahmed Abdulla Abul as member of the committee.
Judges Mahmood Araby Mohammed Hashim and Amal Abdulla Abul will succeed Chancellor Samih Mohammed Fahmy Amer and Dr. Muna Jassim Mohammed Al-Kuwari on the panel.
