Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Public Prosecution alleged on Monday (August 29, 2016) that the health condition of Bahrain Center for Human Rights President Nabeel Rajab is stable, adding that there is no risk to his health where he is currently held in prison.
Rajab suffers from medical problems and chest pains, which required admitting him to the hospital many times. The authorities; however, refuse to heed international calls for his release.
The Bahraini authorities accuse Rajab of harming military operations of the Bahraini armed forces in a series of Tweets he sent during March 2015 via his personal account on Twitter, which reflect an aspect of the Yemeni people's sufferings caused by the war waged by a Saudi-led coalition that includes Bahrain.
