Prosecution Detains Sheikh Saeed Al-Asfour for 15 Days Pending Investigation

Bahrain Mirror: The Public Prosecution decided on Wednesday (July 27, 2016) to detain the Shiite cleric Sheikh Saeed Al-Asfour for 15 days pending investigation.
Al-Asfour was arrested on Tuesday (July 26, 2016) after receiving a notice to appear before the Al-Budai police station.
Thus, Sheikh Al-Asfour went to the police station that decided to detain him to expose him to the prosecution.
The authorities intensified summoning the Shiite clerics after revoking the citizenship of Sheikh Isa Qassim, the spiritual leader of Shia in Bahrain.
