Call for Black-Out Rally in Protest of Sheikh Qassim’s Trial

Bahrain Mirror: Protesters in Diraz called for turning off lights in all areas of Bahrain on Wednesday night and chanting "Allah is Great" slogan to denounce the trial of Sheikh Isa Qassim.
Hundreds of angry protesters continue to gather around Ayatollah Qassim's home since the authorities decided last month to revoke his citizenship. The Public Prosecution announced that Sheikh Qassim's first trial will take place on Wednesday on charges related to Khums (alms); an obligatory ritual practiced by the Shia, who represent the majority of the population.
