Bahrain Mirror: Shiite clerics have called upon people and supporters to gather in the demonstration site outside the Bahraini Shia spiritual leader Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim's house, after Bahraini Police patrols raided the area near the place of demonstration. These patrols were launched since the authorities issued the decision to strip Sheikh Qassim of his citizenship.
Activists circulated photos of police patrols and vehicles the moment they approached the rally site. This led to a state of panic, due the possibility that the security forces might raid the area, disperse demonstrators, and deport Ayatollah Qassem, the most prominent Shiite cleric in Bahrain.
Eyewitnesses indicated that out of revenge, security forces issued parking tickets for many vehicles parked in the area, while security vehicles patrolled the nearby areas. Protesters chanted slogans as soon as the Police approached them.
