Bahrain Mirror: Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman Bahram Qassemi described the court's decision to dissolve Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society as unconstructive, saying that it comes in the framework of putting pressure on moderate characters and associations in Bahrain.
Qassemi added that the measures of Bahraini governments do not seek resolution of problems and that these practices will complicate situations more.
Iranian Foreign Ministry Spokesman highlighted that the dissolution of moderate associations and stripping nationality from respectful religious and political leaders of Bahrain is not at the interest of the country's rulers, adding "such practices will open the way to those who want to adopt non-peaceful approaches."
Qassemi recommended Bahrain rulers to avoid intensifying security approaches and instead try to build trust and prepare the ground for serious, constructive dialogue for convergence in the Bahraini society.
