Protests and Clashes Continue across Bahrain

Bahrain Mirror: As protestors continued to rally in area surrounding home of Ayatollah Sheikh Isa Qassim in Diraz, the Bahraini capital Manama and its suburbs witnessed angry demonstrations protesting the revocation of the spiritual leader of Shiites in Bahrain, Sheikh Isa Qassim's citizenship.
Protests voicing condemnation of the decision taken by the government continued to be held across the country. Protestors held photos of Sheikh Isa Qassim and chanted slogans against the Bahraini King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
Demonstrations have flooded the streets since the authorities announced the decision. Angry youths blocked main roads and clashes erupted between protestors and regime forces, who used shotgun pellets against the crowds in a number of villages, including A'ali, Sitra and Bilad Al-Qadeem for a third consecutive day.
