Bahrain Mirror: Hundreds of Bahraini citizens rallied outside the home of top Shiite cleric Sheikh Isa Qassim in Diraz to protest the authorities' decision to strip the prominent religious scholar of his nationality.
Protestors marched through the streets dressed in white shrouds, voicing solidarity with Ayatollah Qassim. The head of the (dissolved) Islamic Scholars Council Sayed Majeed Mesh'al, who also wore a shroud, stressed that Bahrainis don't want to live in a homeland without Ayatollah Qassim.
