Bahrain Mirror: The United States Ambassador to the United Nations, Samantha Power, described the closure of Al-Wefaq National Islamic Society and arrest of Nabeel Rajab as a serious backsliding.
"Serious backsliding on rights in Bahrain: government banned moderate opposition Al-Wifaq and rearrested activist Nabeel Rajab this week," Power said on her personal Twitter account.
