France Expresses Concern over Nabeel Rajab’s Arrest, Urges Respect of Freedom of Opinion

Bahrain Mirror: France voiced its concern over the arrest of prominent human rights campaigner and president of the Bahrain Center for Human Rights (BCHR), Nabeel Rajab, by Bahraini authorities.
In a brief statement issued on June 13, 2016, the French Foreign Ministry said that it it "concerned over the arrest of the Bahrain human rights defender Mr. Nabeel Rajab."
The ministry further urged respecting the freedoms of opinion and expression all over the world.
