Britain Urges Bahrain to Deliver on Its Int

Bahrain Mirror: In response to questions sent on the FCO Twitter account, Minister of State for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office Baroness Anelay said that the "UK encourages Bahrain Government to deliver international and domestic human rights commitments including on treatment of detainees."
According to the Al-Wasat Newspaper, Baroness Anelay said: "FCO Minister Tobias Ellwood raised human rights with Bahrain Ambassador on 8 March, 2016."
Baroness Anelay further stated that "The FCO report about human rights and democracy for 2015 considered Bahrain a priority country."
