Bahraini Youth Sentenced to One Year in Prison over Assembly

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's High Criminal Court sentenced a youth to one year in prison after convicting him over charges of setting trash cans ablaze in the Bahraini capital, Manama, joing assembly and having possession of Molotov cocktails.
The Public Prosecution claimed that the suspect, along with other unknown suspects, set fire to the aforementioned objects, endangering people's lives and private properties, adding that they joined an assembly of more than five persons, aiming at disrupting public peace and threatening people's lives and public properties. The suspects used violence to achieve their goal for which they had gathered, and also had possession of Molotov cocktails, the public prosecution added.
