Bahrain Mirror: The Bahraini Sheikh Mohammad Habib Al-Miqdad called on the authorities to unveil the identity of "Saqer", who said that he was a representative of King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa and tortured the detained opposition figures.
Sheikh Al-Miqdad, who is serving a more than 100-year prison term over his political stances, said in response to the Saudi-funded Al-Arabiya that the fact that the regime resorted to methods of deceit and fabrication five years after the eruption of the opposition movement reveals a moral decline and failure to silence the popular uprising.
"Since it claims to reveal the facts, the regime better unveil the identity of "Saqer" who alleged to be the King's advisor, and who tortured the opposition figures," he added, stressing that "whoever wants to the true statements made by the figures must review what they said in court to the judge."
He further declared that he, along with the opposition figures, adhere to the "just demands of the people."
