BCHR Urges Authorities to Deal Peacefully with Anticipated Protests on Feb. 14 Anniv.

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahrain Center for Human Rights (BCHR) urged the Bahraini authorities to lift the ban on protests and peaceful assemblies. BCHR said on its official Twitter account that it will follow the protests which are expected to be staged and that it calls on the authorities to deal peacefully with the events. This call comes on Friday, the first day of protests announced by the revolutionary forces on the 5th anniversary of the February 14 uprising. The Bahrain Center for Human Rights also demanded the regime to "allow freedom of opinion and expression and to stop targeting activists and tweeters who express their views."
