Bahrain’s Hamad bin Isa Says Proud of Tribes’ Role that Helped “Invade Bahrain”

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa said on Monday (November 2, 2015) that he is proud of the role of Arab tribes which have been linked to the Bahraini rulers since the invasion of Bahrain.
Hamad bin Isa received at one of his palaces the Al-Jabr family who extended sincere thanks to him for naming a key avenue in the Capital Governorate after Nasser bin Jabr Al-Jabr.
The Al Khalifa family has invaded Bahrain about 230 years ago along with other tribes and has been using force in confronting its opposition indigenous Bahrainis since then.
