BCHR: 13 Citizens Arbitrarily Arrested Last Week

Bahrain Mirror: The Bahrain Center for Human Rights (BCHR) said that it monitored in the period between 5-11 October, 2015 the bahraini authorities' arbitrary arrests of 13 citizens, including 4 children.
BCHR stated that 4 citizens were arrested on the street, while 3 others were arrested at court. Two other citizens were apprehended at checkpoints, one in a house raid, one from his work, one on the King Fahd Causeway linking Bahrain to Saudi Arabia, and another at the International Bahrain Airport.
BCHR added in its statement that the Bahraini courts issued in the same period sentences against 12 citizens, reaching up to 86 years in prison, and also adjourned the trials of 40 others over different cases.
