Bahraini FM Files Complaint Against Iran to UN Secretary-General

Bahrain Mirror: Bahrain's Minister of Foreign Affairs, Khalid bin Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, presented a formal complaint against the Islamic Republic of Iran to the United Nations Secretary-General, Ban Ki-moon, whom he met with in New York.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs said that Iran has chosen the path of escalation in an attempt to exert control over its neighbors, reported the Bahrain News Agency.
The FM informed the UN Secretary-General that that the Kingdom of Bahrain did not have a choice but to take the decision to withdraw the Kingdom's ambassador accredited to the Islamic Republic of Iran. The FM; however, stressed that the Kingdom of Bahrain is keen to restore normal relations, but only after Iran takes positive steps.
