Bahrain’s NIHR Discusses Case of Dismissed Doctors in 2011

Bahrain Mirror: The complaints, monitoring and follow-up committee of the (governmental) National Institution for Human Rights (NIHR) said it discussed in its fifth meeting the complaint filed by some members of the medical cadre who were dismissed following the 2011 events in Bahrain, adding that it is trying to "amend their employment conditions in coordination with the competent parties."
The committee stated that it discussed other complaints regarding "the delay in obtaining good conduct certificates from the competent parties that may affect training and employment processes," explaining that it decided to cooperate with these parties to find out a solution to this problem.
