WikiLeaks: Denmark Addresses Saudi Foreign Ministry Regarding Bahraini HR Activist Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja

Bahrain Mirror (Exclusive): A cable published by the WikiLeaks website and linked to the archives of the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs, dated March 31, 2012, revealed a telephone conversation between Dr. Nizar bin Obaid Madani, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Mr. Claus Grube, Permanent Secretary at the Ministry of Foreign affairs of Kingdom of Denmark, after the Embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark in Riyadh handed in information and an enclosed note to the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the detained Bahraini human rights activist, who is currently sentenced to life-imprisonment and who also holds the Danish citizenship, Abdulhadi Al-Khawaja.
The cable states that the embassy of the Kingdom of Denmark requested urgently forwarding this note and information about Al-Khawaja to Dr. Nizar Bin Obaid Madani, Saudi Minister of State for Foreign Affairs.
